We want you to be fully caffeinated and happy with your purchase; if your tea isn't quite right, you can return any unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tea packs that have already been opened.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Safely place the unopened tea products in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
